Malfy Gin - a challenger brand.

Malfy Gin was developed by US Alcohol company Biggar & Leith to reflect the lifestyle and experience of holidaying on the Amalfi Coast in Italy. Their target customers are located in the US, UK, EU and Australia.

Malfy wanted to appeal to a broader consumer base who are not familiar with the gin category and developed a range of flavors to entice new customers to try Malfy Gin.

The Challenge

Launch Malfy Gin into a crowded market and establish brand awareness and advocacy to boost sales.

The Solution

We developed a strategy to attract consumers to the brand through social media channels with branded content, social Influencers and campaigns.

Our brand story utilises a mix of User Generated Content sourced from holiday makers on the Amalfi Coast in Italy and brand images showcasing the product.

We engaged social media Influencers in key target locations around the globe and sent them Malfy Gin samples to create posts in their feeds.

Additionally, we’ve developed a social ad campaign to target key consumers with brand messaging and ads to purchase Malfy online. We also support global marketing activities through amplified content, contests, Facebook events and boosted posts.
