An Instagram Campaign

Grain Waves needed a way to frame the social conversation around their product and engage their Fans in a personalised way. Through our social campaign platform, the marketing team aggregated user generated images from Instagram and published pictures that showed how their loyal customers lived with the brand – their Fans were telling their brand story and through our tools, they were able to share that amongst the community.

Results

The Grain Waves community love eating them and are passionate about including the product in their daily lives. The broader community was able to share their love of Grain Wave’s by having their story included in the brand social channels. True stories from fans living the brand helped reinforce the proposition to consumers and helped generated engaging user content to amplify the story.

Instagram Campaign Tool

The Grain Waves team used our Instagram aggregation and publishing tool to collect user generated images via a promotional hashtag then publish these into Facebook albums for the community to share.

Facebook Promotions

Instagram pictures from Fans experiencing the brand were used to create engaging content and posts that helped tell the brand story through their customers’ own experiences.

Community Building

The Grain Waves team were able to consolidate individual consumer stories into a collective experience through posting their Instagram photos into their Facebook stream.
